Your "Black" rifle otherwise known as the Modern Sporting Rifle (MSR)needs to be California "Legal" or Compliant with all of the State Firearms Laws and Regulations. There are a several things you need in order to configure your rifle and then be able to legally add all of the features you would like.

Without these items, you may be committing a felony. You need:  - An off list Lower Receiver (OLL)
- A Fixed Magazine
- A Magazine with a capacity of No More than 10 Rounds
