As a first time buyer at GST I read some online feedback and realized Robby Betts was serious about gun sales and people involved with it. When I contacted him he was very pleasurable to speak with and sounded very likeable.
When I arrived at his establishment I was treated very professional and he was more than willing to answer any questions I had and to give his opinion of the firearm I was purchasing. I found this to be the most pleasurable purchase I've had in quite awhile.
I will be happy to purchase more from him in the future and have already passed his name on to my family members.

Highly concealable, but grip is awkward, even with my small hands.  My finger ends up in the wrong place on the trigger and I was shooting low left.  A thicker grip (Hogue/Pachmayr) fixed this.  My only real complaint is that the magazine springs are super stiff and it is impossible to hand load more than 3 rounds.  I assume they will eventually break in, but for now UpLula is a necessity.

I have several CCW weapons. This by far is my favorite. Much thinner than my others. I shoot VERY well. Was a hard choice between this and the 9mm.  Decided on the 40 and so far feel it was the best chioce for me. Goes off Ca roaster  in Jan next year. Recommend getting one b-4 then...Just bought another to put in my safe."just in case"

This was my first handgun purchase in CA and Robby made the process so easy.  He is very professional and responded to all my questions in a very timely manner.  I highly recommend Robby and Golden State Tactical to first time buyers or anyone looking for an experienced expert.

The Little Bang 40 Cal Shield November 10, 2015

Small for concealment, but big for threats.

Out of the box, cleaned it and reading to fire.

Shot group: 3" left, light tap on sight to correct, now dead center.

Thought it would be harder to fire and control than the Full-sized VE40. Actually easier, better trigger, same kick.

Only issue: to many safety controls. Can't release slide without mag inserted or so far-at all-need to re-cock; need tools to field strip (yes a pencil will do, but still).

Great gun for the buck. Light weight, thin, easy to carry, good stopping power.  Once you get used to it, great gun.
